Très bon séjour - Very good stay
L'endroit est charmant, en pleine campagne. La chambre d'une grande propreté et très belle, cela mérite bien les 4 étoiles. Les petit--déjeuners copieux et délicieux, du fait-maison. Nuits calmes. Place is lovely, in countryside. Bedroom was very clean and beautiful, 4 stars are normal. Breakfast are delicious, homemade. Quiet nights.

The Business
I have been staying at Bankhead farm on a fairly regular basis since Oct 2008. I have the opportunity to stay in a hotel not far from farm but it is absolutely no competition and significantly more expensive. Bankhead farm accomodation is first class, the food is excellent and Robert & Heather make you feel very welcome. It gets my vote any day.

Whilst visting Edinburgh for the Tattoo we stayed at Bankhead on 29th & 30th August for the first time on the recommendation of a relative. We fully agree with all the other guests about the high standards and friendliness (from the dogs too, including the kamikaze one!)and we have already booked for 2010. There is only one small datail that could improve access. The lane could do with levelling. My car bottomed a couple of times.

excellent we stayed at bankhead on the 22nd & 23rd May 2009 as we were going to a family wedding i can honestly it was the most clean and comfortable place I have ever stayed and the views were fantastic the bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in I did not want to get out of it, the breakfast was 1st class I would have liked to have stayed longer and will definitely return some day and Robert made us feel very welcome

We stayed at Bankhead Farm for our wedding anniversary and thought place was fantastic. The welcome was warm, views were beautiful, the room was spotless and the cooked breakfast was honestly the best I've had! We would definately recomend and would like to return some time. Thanks!

I stayed at bankhead Farm on business a few times during 2008 and would recommend it to anyone travelling to central Scotland on business or pleasure!. The accomodation is of an exceptionally high standard, the food is fantastic, people freindly & all together great value for money.

Just excellent
I stayed Monday to Thursday most weeks for past 10 months. During that time Heather and Rob and their family made me feel so welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. And just like other visitors have said the standard of accomodation and the food is fantastic. Having stayed in a few places in England and Scotland I can say with some certainty that Bankhead Farm is the best by a mile for a lot of reasons. My thanks to Heather and Rob.
